Asivik Outdoor Gear

Asivik is a specialized outdoor brand that was founded in Denmark. It was created by the Danish scouting organization, Det Danske Spejderkorps (DDS), to provide high-quality, functional, and durable outdoor equipment at affordable prices for both scouts and regular outdoor enthusiasts.

The brand is the private label of Spejder Sport, which is the largest outdoor retailer in Denmark. Because Spejder Sport is entirely owned by the Danish Scouts, all profits from the sale of Asivik products go directly back to supporting youth work and scouting activities in Denmark.

While the design and conceptualization of Asivik products take place in Denmark, the manufacturing is outsourced to global partners, primarily located in Asia, specifically China, to maintain competitive pricing while ensuring the gear meets Scandinavian standards for performance in harsh weather.
