Zentiva is a leading European pharmaceutical company that specializes in the development and manufacture of high-quality generic and over-the-counter medicines. The brand's roots are deeply tied to the historical heritage of Czech pharmacy, tracing back to the 15th-century Black Eagle Pharmacy in Prague. Modern industrial operations began in the early 20th century under the Leciva name, which eventually evolved into the Zentiva brand recognized today.

While its primary production hubs are located in Prague (Czech Republic) and Bucharest (Romania), Zentiva maintains a significant manufacturing footprint across Europe to ensure the availability of essential medicines.
