NetfLID Network Medicine Platform

NetfLID is a research and medical diagnostic framework rather than a commercial consumer product. It was created as a BMBF-funded (Federal Ministry of Education and Research) collaborative project in Germany. The initiative focuses on identifying molecular mechanisms related to long-term post-viral infections, such as those caused by COVID-19 and other viral diseases, by utilizing advanced network medicine and molecular data analysis.

The project is manufactured and developed through a consortium of German academic and medical institutions. It leverages the expertise of universities such as the Technical University Braunschweig, Hannover Medical School, and the Technical University Munich. The platform serves the biomedical community by integrating epigenomics, transcriptomics, and metabolomics into a single computational framework intended for clinical and scientific progress in post-infectious disease management.
