TP Vision is a major player in the global visual entertainment market, acting as the exclusive brand licensee for Philips branded televisions and audio products. Headquartered in Amsterdam, the company was established as a joint venture between the Dutch giant Philips and the Hong Kong-based TPV Technology. Specifically, the brand focuses on the development, manufacturing, and marketing of Philips-branded TVs across Europe, Russia, the Middle East, South America, and parts of Asia.

While the technology and design often originate from their innovation centers in Europe (notably Belgium), the actual manufacturing is centralized through TPV Technology's massive global infrastructure. TPV is one of the world's largest manufacturers of monitors and LCD TVs. Most production occurs in China, though the company maintains strategic assembly plants in Poland for the European market and in South America to navigate regional trade regulations.
