Nasivin nasal spray

Nasivin is a well-known nasal decongestant brand that was originally developed and launched by the German pharmaceutical company Merck KGaA. The product contains oxymetazoline, an active ingredient that helps reduce swelling in the nasal passages to treat symptoms of the common cold, rhinitis, and sinusitis.

Historically, the brand was a core part of Merck KGaA's consumer health portfolio. However, in 2018, the American multinational Procter & Gamble (P&G) acquired Merck KGaA's consumer health division, which included Nasivin. Today, the brand is managed under P&G Health. While the brand has its roots in German pharmaceutical innovation, it is now manufactured and distributed globally, with significant production and market presence in Europe and Asia, particularly India.
