WARG Outdoors Unmanned Systems

WARG (Waterloo Aerial Robotics Group) is a student-led robotics design team based at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. The brand represents a hub of engineering innovation focused on the development of autonomous aerial systems, specifically for student competitions such as the Aerial Evolution of Canada.

The systems developed under the WARG name are primarily produced in the Waterloo region, utilizing a combination of high-end commercial components and custom-engineered hardware. This includes the integration of advanced flight controllers like the Holybro Pixhawk series alongside custom-designed circuitry and airframes built for high-performance aerial autonomy and search-and-rescue simulations. As an academic design project, ownership and operational control reside within the student organization under the oversight of the University of Waterloo.
