Fazer Dumle soft toffee candy

Dumle is a beloved confectionery brand consisting of smooth milk chocolate-covered soft toffees. While strongly associated with Fazer, the brand actually has its roots in Sweden. The original Dumle lollipop was created in 1945 by the chocolate manufacturer Mazetti, based in Malmö. The name 'Dumle' was introduced in 1960 for the lollipops and later expanded to the iconic soft chocolate-covered caramels we recognize today.

In 1975, the Finnish food company Fazer acquired Mazetti, thereby bringing the Dumle brand under its umbrella. Since then, the product line has expanded to include various flavors, ice creams, and seasonal snacks. Today, the confectionery is primarily produced in Finland, specifically at Fazer's factory in Vantaa. The brand maintains a strong market presence across the Nordic region and international markets, remaining a flagship product for Fazer's global confectionery portfolio.
