Founded by the Fumagalli family in Brugherio, the brand became synonymous with accessible and innovative domestic technology, expanding its portfolio to include kitchens, refrigeration, and floor care.

In 2019, Candy was acquired by the Chinese multinational Haier Smart Home. Since then, the brand has been integrated into Haier's global ecosystem, focusing on smart, connected appliances. While its design roots remain Italian, production is now distributed across Haier's worldwide manufacturing network to optimize global supply chains.
