PEAQ is a private label brand primarily known as the in-house electronics brand for MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. The brand was created to provide high-quality consumer electronics, including audio systems, notebooks, and monitors, at a more accessible price point compared to premium international brands.

Most PEAQ audio products are manufactured by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in Asia, particularly China, before being distributed throughout the European retail network. The brand's parent company, MediaMarktSaturn, is one of Europe's largest retailers for consumer electronics, with the majority of the company owned by the Ceconomy AG group. This structure allows PEAQ to leverage massive distribution channels across Germany, Austria, and other European markets.
