La Spinetta Barolo Garretti

Originally starting in Castagnole delle Lanze, the family expanded their operations into the Barolo region with the acquisition of the Campè vineyard in Grinzane Cavour. This specific bottle, the Barolo 2018 'B.G' (Barolo Garretti), is produced from grapes grown in their vineyards in Piedmont, Italy.

The brand is distinctively recognized by its use of Albrecht Dürer's artwork on its labels; while many of their wines feature a rhinoceros, the Barolo collection specifically features Dürer's lion. The winery remains under the ownership and management of the Rivetti brothers, maintaining its status as an independent, family-owned estate dedicated to high-quality viticulture and the expression of the Langhe terroir.
