Valor is one of the few chocolate companies that maintains a 'bean-to-bar' process in Spain, controlling the selection of cocoa beans from different origins to the final packaging. The production for these chocolates is centered in their original factory in Villajoyosa. To this day, the company remains family-owned and independent, resisting acquisition by global food conglomerates, which has allowed it to maintain its reputation for high-quality dark and gourmet chocolate products in the Spanish market and beyond.
