Ownership of Cristaline lies with the Alma Group (Groupe Alma), a major European mineral water producer. The group was historically a joint venture but is now largely controlled by the Papillaud family through Roxane (SNC Roxane), with significant investment from various private equity entities and corporate partners over the decades.
