Historically part of the Panrico group, the brand underwent a significant ownership change in 2016 when it was acquired by the Mexican multinational Grupo Bimbo. Today, Donuts is managed under Bimbo's Spanish subsidiary, Bimbo Donuts Iberia, maintaining its position as one of the most recognized pastry brands in the Iberian market.
