Sagra is a prestigious Italian brand specializing in high-quality olive oils. Established in the mid-20th century, it has become a household name in Italy, known for its commitment to the Mediterranean diet and traditional oil-pressing techniques. The brand offers a variety of products ranging from extra virgin olive oil to specialized seed oils.

Historically, the brand was part of the Salov group. However, it was later acquired by the Bunge Group to strengthen their position in the consumer oil market. In early 2024, the Monini and Cufrol families (via the Italian holding company Madama Spa) acquired Sagra from Bunge, returning the brand to 100% Italian ownership and management. This transition focused on revitalizing the brand's heritage and ensuring that the sourcing and production remain deeply rooted in Italian agricultural traditions.
