LDB Body Care

LDB, which stands for 'Lait de Beauté' (Beauty Milk), is a classic Swedish personal care brand founded in 1945. It was originally launched by the chemical company Salubrin sv.wikipedia.org. The brand became widely known for its moisturizing body lotions and products tailored to the Nordic climate.

Over several decades, the brand's ownership moved through various hands. In the mid-20th century, it was owned by Alfort & Cronholm before being acquired by the Swedish household goods giant Hardford. Most recently, the brand was acquired by the Midsona Group, a leading Nordic distributor of health and beauty products. Today, LDB products continue to be primarily manufactured in Sweden, maintaining their heritage as a staple of Swedish bathrooms.
