Originally established in Aranda de Duero, Spain, by Tomás Pascual, the brand revolutionized the Spanish dairy market by introducing the first Tetra Brik packaging and uperised (UHT) milk, which allowed for longer shelf lives without refrigeration.

Over the decades, the brand has expanded far beyond milk, diversifying into bottled water with Manantial de Bezoya, fruit juices through Bifrutas, and innovative plant-based beverages under brands like Mimik. While its roots and primary manufacturing facilities remain firmly in Spain—specifically in Castile and León—the company has a significant international footprint, exporting its wide range of healthy food and beverage products to over 60 countries across several continents.
