3 Brasseurs Griffes Russian Imperial Stout

Griffes is a Russian Imperial Stout with vanilla notes produced by the brewpub chain Les 3 Brasseurs (known as 3 Brewers in English-speaking markets). The brand originated in Lille, France, in 1986, founded by the Snyders family as a concept that combines a microbrewery with a traditional restaurant.

Manufacturing typically occurs on-site at each individual restaurant location (microbrewery model), meaning the production is decentralized across France, Canada, and Brazil. However, some canned products are also produced at larger regional hubs within their network. The brand is currently owned by the French family association Association Familiale Mulliez (AFM) through their holding company Agapes Restauration.
