Willemoes Påske Ale

Willemoes is a premium brand of beer produced by Bryggeriet Vestfyen, located in Assens, Denmark. Named after the local naval hero Peter Willemoes, the brand is known for its specialty brews and seasonal offerings, such as this Påske Ale (Easter Ale).

The brand's heritage is deeply rooted in the town of Assens on the island of Funen, where it has been brewed since the brewery's founding in 1885. In recent years, Bryggeriet Vestfyen, and by extension the Willemoes brand, has come under the ownership of the Finnish beverage giant Olvi, which acquired a majority stake to strengthen its position in the Nordic craft and specialty beer market.
