Dr. Gab's SWAF beer

Dr. Gab's is a prominent Swiss craft brewery established in 2001 by three friends: Gabriel, Reto, and David. Initially founded in Epalinges, the brand eventually grew to become one of the leaders in the Swiss artisanal beer movement, moving its production to larger facilities in Puidoux, Vaud.

The SWAF beer is one of their flagship products, categorized as a light blonde lager ('blonde légère'). It is brewed directly in their Swiss facilities following traditional craft brewing methods, focusing on local distribution and identity. Over the years, the brand has remained independent of major global beverage conglomerates, maintaining its status as a locally owned Swiss enterprise dedicated to the craft beer community.
