Donettes Nevados - Bimbo

Donettes are a highly popular snack brand in the Iberian Peninsula, specifically known for their mini donuts with various coatings. The product was originally developed in Spain by the company Panrico (Panificio Rivera Costafreda), which launched the brand in the early 1970s. For decades, it became a staple of Spanish snacking culture, often associated with sharing among friends through its famous marketing campaigns.

In 2016, the Mexican multinational Grupo Bimbo acquired the bread and sweet snack business of Panrico, which included the Donettes brand. This acquisition consolidated Bimbo's dominance in the Spanish bakery market. Today, the products are primarily manufactured in Spain at dedicated facilities that continue the original recipe under the oversight of Bimbo Iberia. Grupo Bimbo remains the ultimate owner, managing the brand from its global headquarters in Mexico City.
