For the European market, including the Netherlands, many products are produced in Tilloy-lès-Mofflaines, France. The ownership structure is unique due to a joint venture; while General Mills owns the brand globally, the rights to produce and market the brand in the United States and Canada are licensed to Froneri, a joint venture between Nestlé and PAI Partners.
