The brand is manufactured and distributed by Cervecería Nacional Dominicana (CND). While CND has deep roots in Dominican history as the country's leading brewery, it is now part of a global network of beverage companies. Since 2012, CND has been under the control of Ambev (Cervecería Ambev), which is a major subsidiary of the Belgian-based international conglomerate Anheuser-Busch InBev.
