Biltema Energi is a carbonated energy drink featuring a high caffeine content (32 mg/100 ml) and taurine. It is part of the private label range offered by the Swedish retail giant Biltema. While the brand is synonymous with the Nordic market, the production of this specific beverage is outsourced to specialized filling facilities in Austria, leveraging Central European expertise in beverage manufacturing.

The Biltema brand itself was founded in Linköping, Sweden, in 1963 by Sten Åke Lindholm. What began as a mail-order business for car parts has evolved into a massive retail chain across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. The brand remains under the private ownership of the Lindholm family through their holding structures, maintaining its cultural status as a value-driven provider of everything from automotive tools to household consumables.
