Oranjeboom Premium Strong Beer

Oranjeboom is a historic Dutch beer brand with roots dating back to 1671 in Rotterdam. The name, which translates to 'Orange Tree,' symbolizes the House of Orange-Nassau, the Dutch royal family. While it was once one of the largest breweries in the Netherlands, the original Rotterdam facility closed in 1990.

Today, the brand is managed by United Dutch Breweries (UDB), who revived the name for the international market. Because UDB operates as a 'virtual brewery,' they do not own a single production facility. Instead, Oranjeboom is manufactured under contract in various breweries across the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium, specifically for global export. This allows the brand to maintain a presence in over 90 countries despite the absence of its original physical brewery.
