In 2007, the company was acquired by the French dairy giant Lactalis. Today, Dukat operates as a vital part of the Lactalis Group's regional operations, maintaining its traditional brand identity while benefiting from the global supply chain and distribution networks of its parent company, which is the world's largest dairy products corporation.
