Hofbräuhaus Helles Vollbier

Hofbräuhaus, formally known as Staatliches Hofbräuhaus in München, is a legendary brewery with roots dating back to 1589. It was originally founded by William V, Duke of Bavaria, to satisfy the thirst of the royal court and avoid the high costs of importing beer from Northern Germany. The brewery is deeply intertwined with Bavarian history and identity, operating as a state-owned enterprise under the Free State of Bavaria.
