Amor Carioca Neugebauer chocolate bonbons

Amor Carioca is one of the most traditional chocolate bonbons produced by Neugebauer, a pioneer in the Brazilian chocolate industry founded in 1891 by German brothers Franz, Max, and Ernest Neugebauer. The product is a wafer filled with cashew nut cream and covered in a layer of milk chocolate.

Today, the brand belongs to the Vonpar group, which acquired Neugebauer in 2009. Although the brand was originally born in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, it has become a national favorite. The manufacturing is centralized in its modern industrial plant in Arroio do Meio, Brazil, ensuring the heritage and quality of the first chocolate factory in the country.
