FAGE is a prominent international dairy company whose history dates back to 1926, when the Filippou family opened a dairy shop in Athens, Greece. The brand is best known for its 'Total' line of Greek strained yogurt, which arguably pioneered the global Greek yogurt trend.

Originally founded in Athens, the company expanded its manufacturing footprint significantly over the decades. Today, FAGE operates large-scale production facilities in Greece and the United States (New York), as well as a facility in Luxembourg. Ownership remains within the founding Filippou family, though the parent company, FAGE International S.A., relocated its legal headquarters from Greece to Luxembourg in 2012 to better support its global distribution and financial operations.
