Navarre is a traditional French sugar brand primarily specializing in sugar cubes and granulated sugar. The brand is closely associated with French refinery traditions, particularly those located in northwestern France. It has established a significant presence in French supermarkets and has a strong export market, especially within Francophone territories like the Comoros and parts of Africa.

The brand is owned by Say, a major entity in the sugar industry that eventually became part of the Beghin-Say group. Today, Beghin-Say is a subsidiary of Tereos, one of the world's largest sugar cooperatives based in France. Tereos manages the entire supply chain from beet cultivation in French fields to the refining and packaging of products under the Navarre label, ensuring that the product maintains its French agricultural heritage.
