Osella is a renowned Italian racing car manufacturer and former Formula One team, founded in 1965 by Enzo Osella in Volpiano, Italy. The brand initially built its reputation by racing Abarth sports cars before expanding into Formula Two and eventually competing in Formula One between 1980 and 1990. During its F1 tenure, Osella was known for its technical resilience and long-standing partnership with Alfa Romeo, which provided engines for the team throughout much of the 1980s.

In 1990, the Formula One division was sold to Gabriele Rumi and rebranded as Fondmetal, but the Osella brand continued its legacy in the production of sports prototypes. Today, manufacturing is centered in Verolengo, Italy, under the name Osella Corse. The company remains a dominant force in European hillclimb racing, producing specialized sports cars like the PA21 and PA30 series. The brand remains deeply rooted in Italian engineering tradition under the leadership of its original founder and specialized partners.
