Covim is a historic Italian coffee brand inextricably linked to the port city of Genoa. The company was born from the merger of two long-standing Genoese roasting companies, which decided to pool their expertise in the selection and processing of raw coffee beans to create a high-quality product for the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) sector and home consumption.

Today, Covim operates as a prominent representative of the Italian espresso tradition, with its main production and roasting facilities located in Tribogna, near Genoa. It remains an independent Italian company, maintaining control over its entire production chain from bean selection to final packaging, including pods and capsules. The brand's motto, 'Genova in un caffè', reflects its deep roots in the Ligurian capital and its commitment to spreading the genuine Italian coffee culture globally.
