To Øl Whirl Domination IPA

To Øl is a renowned Danish craft brewery that has made a significant impact on the international beer scene. The brand was founded in 2010 by Tobias Emil Jensen and Tore Gynther, who were students of Mikkel Borg Bjergsø (of Mikkeller fame). Originating from a home-brewing project at a Copenhagen high school, To Øl initially operated as a 'nomadic brewery,' traveling to different facilities to create their unique recipes.

In 2019, the brand established a permanent home known as 'To Øl City' in Svinninge, Denmark, located in a former food processing factory. This site serves as their primary manufacturing hub where Whirl Domination is produced. Whirl Domination is one of their flagship New England style IPAs, characterized by its heavy use of Whirlpool and Dry hopping. The brand remains independently focused, though it has evolved into a global exporter and a leader in modern Scandinavian craft brewing.
