Aura Biska Mistletoe Brandy

Aura Biska is a traditional Croatian mistletoe brandy produced by the Aura distillery, based in the Istria region. Biska is one of the most famous Istrian brandies, specifically made using homemade pomace brandy infused with mistletoe leaves and other herbs through a maceration process. The production is rooted in centuries-old recipes originating from the town of Hum, known as the 'City of Biska.'

The brand is owned by Aura proizvodi d.o.o., a family-owned company founded by Mišel Sirotić. The distillery is renowned for its artisanal approach, using wild-picked ingredients and traditional copper stills. They have expanded significantly to international markets while maintaining their headquarters and production facilities exclusively in Croatia.
