The brand is deeply rooted in Mediterranean culinary traditions, as evidenced by this specific 'Bombón Turrón' product, which features the classic flavor of Spanish almond nougat.

Historically, the brand was part of the Beatrice Foods group and later Kalise Menorquina. However, in recent years, it has undergone significant ownership shifts. Following a management buy-out and restructuring, it is currently operated under the umbrella of Grupo Lacrem. The manufacturing remains primarily centered in Spain, specifically at their facilities in Palau-solità i Plegamans, Barcelona, following the closure of the original Menorca plant to modernize production and logistics.
