In March 2026, the brand reached a new milestone in its history when it was acquired by Vicky Foods from Adam Foods. This acquisition included the brand's primary industrial asset in Gulpilhares, Portugal, which spans over 50,000 square meters. Today, Panrico operates under the Vicky Foods umbrella, benefiting from its extensive international distribution network that reaches over 50 countries. The manufacturing remains concentrated in Spain and Portugal, ensuring the regional heritage and freshness of its bakery products while leveraging the global scale of its parent company.
