Vigor Margarine

Vigor is one of Brazil's most iconic dairy and food brands, established in 1917. While historically recognized for its milk and yogurt, its margarine and butter-flavored products are staples in Brazilian households. The brand's manufacturing remains concentrated in Brazil, utilizing local facilities to supply the internal market with high-quality dairy and vegetable-based spreads.

Over the years, the brand's ownership has transitioned through major corporate hands. Originally founded by the Mansur family, it was later owned by the Brazilian meat processing giant JBS (through J&F Investimentos). In 2017, a significant acquisition occurred when the Mexican dairy conglomerate Grupo Lala purchased Vigor, integrating it into their international portfolio to expand their footprint in South America.
