Isio Cooking Oil

Isio, specifically the flagship product Isio 4, is one of the most recognized cooking oil brands in France. Launched in 1990 by the Lesieur company, the formula was revolutionary for the time, combining four different vegetable oils (sunflower, rapeseed, grapeseed, and oléisol) to provide a balanced intake of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids and Vitamin E.

Throughout its history, the brand has been a cornerstone of the French kitchen, marketed heavily for its nutritional benefits and versatility for both seasoning and high-heat cooking. Today, the brand is owned by the Avril Group, an international agro-industrial group based in France that specializes in oilseeds and proteins.
