Tyrrells is a prestigious British snack brand that originated in 2002 at Tyrrells Court Farm in Herefordshire, England. Founded by William Chase, the brand quickly became famous for its hand-cooked crisps and distinctive, eccentric Victorian-style packaging. The product featured in the image is their signature vegetable crisps, a blend of parsnip, carrot, and beetroot seasoned with sea salt.
Over the years, the brand has undergone several changes in ownership. After being sold to Langholm Capital and then Amplify Snack Brands, it was ultimately acquired by KP Snacks, which is part of the German-based Intersnack Group. Despite these corporate changes, Tyrrells maintains a strong association with its English heritage and continues to manufacture its products primarily at its original Herefordshire location to ensure the quality and authenticity that defines the brand.
