Celestoderm is a specialized pharmaceutical topical treatment containing betamethasone and gentamicin, typically used for treating inflammatory skin conditions with secondary infections. Originally developed under the Schering-Plough Corporation, it became part of Merck & Co. (known as MSD outside the US and Canada) following their merger in 2009.

In 2021, Merck spun off several of its legacy brands, including its women's health and established biosimilars portfolios, into a new independent public company named Organon. As a result, Celestoderm is now owned and distributed by Organon. While the company is headquartered in the United States, it maintains global manufacturing operations, with a significant portion of its dermatological creams produced in European facilities, notably in Belgium, to supply international markets like Spain.
