Doremi Rose Rkatsiteli is a traditional Georgian amber wine produced using the ancient Qvevri method. This process involves fermenting and aging the grapes in large, beeswax-lined clay vessels buried underground, a practice recognized by UNESCO.

The brand was founded by three friends—Mamuka, Gabriel, and Giorgi—who sought to revive and maintain organic, natural winemaking traditions in the Kakheti region. The wine is made with minimal intervention, without the use of chemical additives or industrial yeasts, highlighting the unique terroir of Georgia. Ownership remains with the founding partners of the Doremi winery, maintaining its status as an artisanal, independent producer focused on the global natural wine market.
