In 2014, United Biscuits was acquired by the Turkish multinational Yildiz Holding, which later consolidated its global confectionery and snack brands—including Godiva and Ülker—under the London-based company Pladis in 2016. Today, McVitie's remains under the ultimate ownership of Yildiz Holding, operating as a key brand within the Pladis portfolio.
