Ufesa is a prominent Spanish brand with a rich history in the small household appliance sector. Originally founded in 1963 in the Basque Country as Unión de Fabricantes de Electrodomésticos S.A., it became one of Spain's most recognizable names for kitchen and home electronics.

For several years, the brand was part of the German BSH Home Appliances Group. However, in 2018, it was acquired by the Catalan company B&B Trends. This transition marked a new era for the brand, focusing on innovation and global expansion. While the engineering and design concepts often originate from its headquarters in Barcelona, the manufacturing process is largely outsourced to China to remain competitive, though the company maintains a logistical and assembly presence in Spain.
