Poiatti is a traditional Italian pasta brand originating from Sicily. Founded in 1946 by Domenico Poiatti, the brand is specifically headquartered in Mazara del Vallo, Trapani. It is renowned for using 100% Sicilian durum wheat, processed at their own local mill and pasta factory. The manufacturing process remains concentrated in Italy to maintain the authenticity and quality of the Mediterranean diet heritage.

The brand is currently owned and managed by the Poiatti family through Poiatti S.p.A. Unlike many historic pasta brands that have been acquired by large multinational food conglomerates, Poiatti has remained an independent, family-run company.
