Saltr

Saltr is a specialized open-source software project or plugin associated with the I2P (Invisible Internet Project) ecosystem, often discussed in the context of privacy-focused communication, torrenting via tools like i2psnark+, and I2P+ development. Unlike mass-market consumer products, Saltr exists as code within a decentralized network of developers and contributors who focus on building censorship-resistant and anonymous communication tools.

The 'brand' is essentially community-driven, with its origins rooted in the global privacy-tech movement. There is no traditional commercial manufacturing; instead, the 'product' is developed and maintained by independent developers globally. Its ownership is not corporate but follows an open-source model where the project is governed by the contributors and users who facilitate the I2P network's expansion and security.
