Pasquier Pain au Chocolat

Brioche Pasquier began in 1936 as a small family bakery in Les Cerqueux, France, founded by Gabriel Pasquier. It rose to prominence in the 1970s when his sons expanded the business into industrial-scale production while maintaining traditional brioche recipes. The Pain au Chocolat is one of their flagship products, characterized by a soft puff pastry and chocolate chips.

Today, the brand remains under the control of the Pasquier family. While the heart of their manufacturing is centered in France with multiple production sites, the company has expanded its manufacturing footprint to other countries including Spain, the UK, and the USA to serve international markets more efficiently.
