Blue Girl Beer is a premium lager with a heritage rooted in 19th-century German brewing traditions. Originally brewed in Bremen, Germany, in 1906, the brand was later acquired by Jebsen & Co. to serve the Asian market. It has since become one of the most popular beer brands in Hong Kong, recognized for its iconic 'Goddess' logo and consistent pilsener profile.

While the brand maintains its German identity and original recipe standards, the majority of Blue Girl Beer production for the East Asian market has been outsourced to Oriental Brewery in South Korea. This strategic manufacturing partnership allows for efficient regional distribution while preserving the brand's premium status and German brewing specifications.

In 2019, a significant ownership shift occurred when Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) entered into a joint venture with Jebsen Beverage Company. Under this arrangement, AB InBev's subsidiary, Budweiser Brewing Company APAC, manages the distribution and manufacturing operations, ensuring the brand's continued growth across China and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
