Originally manufactured by Compañía de Galletas Noel (Noel), the brand has maintained its heritage while expanding its presence across Latin America and the United States.

The product is primarily manufactured in Colombia at the Noel production facilities. Historically, Noel became a cornerstone company within the Sindicato Antioqueño. Today, Ducales is a flagship brand under Grupo Nutresa, the leading processed food company in Colombia and one of the most significant players in the sector in Latin America. In late 2023 and early 2024, ownership shifted as the Gilinski Group and IHC Capital Holding acquired a controlling interest in Grupo Nutresa, marking a new chapter for the brand's corporate governance.
