These 'quirks' are stored as key-value pairs and allow developers to implement sophisticated personalization logic at the edge without the need for complex server-side scoring mechanisms.

Originally developed by Uniform, the technology represents a shift toward headless and composable digital architectures. By enabling developers to store non-PII (Personally Identifiable Information) data locally on a visitor's device, Quirks facilitate real-time content tailoring. While the primary development occurs within the United States, as a software product, it is deployed and utilized globally across various cloud infrastructures to power modern web experiences.
