Chocolates Valor is a prestigious Spanish chocolatier with a heritage dating back to 1881. Founded by Valeriano López Mallot in Villajoyosa, Alicante, the company began as a small family craft business. Over more than a century, it has evolved into one of the most recognized premium chocolate brands in Spain and internationally, particularly known for its bean-to-bar production process where they control the selection of cocoa beans from origin.

The brand is famous for its high-quality dark chocolates, sugar-free ranges, and traditional 'Chocolate a la Taza' (thick drinking chocolate). Manufacturing remains concentrated at its historical base in Villajoyosa, where the company operates a state-of-the-art factory and a chocolate museum. To this day, the company remains under the ownership and leadership of the López family, maintaining its status as an independent, family-run enterprise committed to traditional Spanish confectionery excellence.
