The brand belongs to the CRM Group (Grupo CRM), which also owns the premium chocolate brand Kopenhagen. In late 2023, the global food giant Nestlé reached an agreement to acquire the CRM Group, significantly increasing its presence in the Brazilian chocolate market. The production facilities are primarily located in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil, ensuring local sourcing and manufacturing for its extensive network of hundreds of stores.
